Makeup Can Protect Your Skin!

If you are not a believer in makeup or frequenting spas and salons, you need to understand that there are more reasons to take shelter in these methods to protect your skin than just beautification. Women, especially those with sensitive skin, can find mineral makeup and similar beauty therapy to be extremely rejuvenating for their skin – irrespective of which product or brand they use.

A new study has helped provide enough evidence for this, and experts claim that makeup has been protecting a woman’s skin as well as the radiance of her appearance for ages. The basic reasons for Egyptian women back in time to use makeup kits (as presented in murals etc) was the same.

According to face shapes or skin types (which could be dry, oily or even plain normal), women need to pick up their makeup ingredients. The best part of spas and salons is that they allow natural remedies and ingredients to constitute the makeup kits rather than artificial substances. The skin type needs to be comprehended, and then the kind of beauty therapy you need. A lot of women choose environ skincare as it is usually adaptive and allows for better skincare than most other therapies.

On the other hand, such mineral makeup and skincare can cost you hundreds of dollars at an exclusive spa or salon session – which is where Jane Iredale UK makes its mark. By offering all of the spa and salon treatments at average prices, natural beauty therapy has become accessible to even average consumers in UK.

The Popularity of Salons!

There has been a plethora of beauty salons that have sprung up all around UK. While people have been keen on beauty therapies and makeup since long ago, the trend to go to a beauty salon and fix what is wrong with your skin or face has become more of a necessity these days rather than luxury!

With pollution kicking in and with no time left in the day to take care of one’s skin, women today are well aware of the fact that spending time behind rejuvenating one’s skin is a necessary evil. However, till only recently, the costs of salons and beauty therapy in the professional centers was way beyond the reach of middle class women. Times have changed though, as the Recession has forced expenditure power of people has decreased, but even more drastically have the fee ranges in such beauty salons fallen.

Environ skincare or mineral makeup was popular, but seldom looked up because of the same reasons. But now, salons like Jane Iredale in UK have brought forth these beauty treatments at the doorstep of all classes of women – from the one who walks her way to the neighborhood meat factory to the one who drives her own Mercedes to work in Central London.

Environ skincare is an awesome way to let people know that you are still young and lovely, even when you have been stressed out and tired. That is only possible through beauty salons, and today’s women know it too well to ignore!

Jane Iredale Mineral Makeup

With the increased popularity of mineral makeup in the last ten years, women are flocking to this trend in groves. And it’s no wonder. It is far more beneficial than other makeups. The best minerals don’t include artificial ingredients like dyes or oil and talc. It creates a light veil on your face and is perfect for all skin types and tones. To apply it correctly, you just need to follow a few simple steps.

  1. First pick a base and foundation color based on your skin’s tone. You can get a sample size product to test or go by the local salon that sells the product.
  2. Once you have your perfect shade, you should make sure your face is both clean and dry. Use a moisturizing facial cleanser, rinse, and pat it dry with a towel.
  3. Apply a light moisturizer to your face and give it time to settle in.
  4. Use a mineral based concealer to lightly cover any dark spots, flaws, or under eye circles. Use it very sparingly.
  5. Next use a mineral based liquid foundation to serve as a primer for the makeup of your choice. You really only need a drop or two of this. Use your finger to place a dot on your forehead, nose, cheeks, and chin. Then you can use your hands or a sponge to work it into your skin.
  6. Now it’s time to apply your mineral powder. You should make sure you use a high quality, large brush with an easy to grip handle for application. Swirl the brush around the makeup container to make it adhere. Then tap the brush against the container to rid it of any excess powder.
  7. To apply to the product to your face, sweep the brush in circular motions starting at your forehead. Continue to apply the makeup to your entire face evenly in a circular motion, using more powder on your brush as necessary.
  8. Check your work. Make sure you are in a well-lit area and ensure the mineral makeup is blended into your hairline and jawline.
