Have Long Nails Healthy and Fast

If for some nails grow very quickly, for others it must be exercised with much patience before getting long and healthy nails. To ensure that nails grow quickly, there are commercial products that you can find on the Nail salons but you can also make a homemade recipe for healthy nails long and quickly.
What You Need:

  1.  Garlic Juice
  2.  Lemon Juice
  3. Water Softening
  4. Cuticle Oil (Or Just The Pure Olive Oil If You Have Not)
  5. Orange wood stick (cuticle stick).
  6. Nail color of your choice.
  7.  Top coat.
  8.  Cuticle butter (optional).
How You Do It:

  • Every night dip your nails in garlic juice for at least 10 minutes.
  • Then, to remove the smell of garlic which is quite unpleasant, dip them in the new lemon juice.
  • File your nails properly, and give your desired shape. It is better if you choose to have a box or square shape.
  • Once this is done, it is time to take care of your cuticles. Apply cuticle softener in your nail tips for around a minute.
  • Take the cuticle stick and push back the cuticle very softly. With this the dried up dead skins will come off.
  • You need to do this at the back of your nails too. But be sure that you use cuticle remover beforehand.
  • Rinse your nails with warm water.
  • Use cuticle trimmer to take of the tiny piece of cuticle sticking out (if any).
  • Use base coat in your nails to ensure that your nail polish lasts longer.
  • Now just in three strokes you have to color your nails. I start with the middle portion, leaving the base end. Make one long stroke, and then do the same for the left as well as the right part. Even out the top.
  • End it out with the proper top coat over the wet nails.
  • Finally apply cuticle butter over your nails.
  • Treatment should be done at least a week for best results as hydration is more delicate nails against the skin.
These tips are suitable for both fingernails and toenails.

Care for Your Feet

A beautiful woman is not just a woman with an attractive face and a shapely body. Your feet are important, so it should be clean from head to foot.

The toes of the feet, with heat for example, depending on the shoe, become unbearable and feel no need to explain. More than likely, the skin and soles of your feet are hardened due to constant exposure.

But there are ways to keep your feet nice, soft and pretty, without having to spend so much on salon pedicures. It is only a matter of good preparation, to keep your feet clean and moisturized on a daily basis.

When you shower, rub the hard skin of your soles and the calluses on his feet with a pumice stone. Just remember to wait until your feet are softened with water.

After you have rubbed the hard points of your feet, follow it up with a good moisturizer for the feet. Be sure to dry the feet thoroughly and then apply a generous amount of moisturizer on them. Do these before you go to bed and tuck your feet encased in socks. You will have your feet soft and smooth when you wake up.

Cut your toe nails regularly, never let them grow too much, removing the cuticles, if you always do, and paint them, you can get the best feet am sure. Nothing is uglier than the toe nails long, or when you have chipped paint. Please do not let this ever happen to you!

Whenever you can, give yourself a foot massage once in a while, maybe once or twice a month.
And do not forget that a beautiful woman glows from the inside out, and it is clear, as we have said, from head to feet. Always keep your feet healthy, happy and beautiful.

Best Tips for Fair and Glowing Skin

Some of the best tips for fair and glowing skin are to take good care of it by cleaning, exfoliating and moisturizing regularly. Apply makeup like natural mineral based sunscreen on a regular basis will help protect the skin against sun damage with its natural shade. Maintaining a healthy diet and drink plenty of water, while avoiding refined carbohydrates and sugar can also help to create a dewy complexion. Choosing makeup items with subtle highlights properties can also help to perk up dull or tired skin.

Fair and radiant skin begins with taking care of the skin itself. Use a mild cleanser in the morning and before bedtime removes impurities in the skin, leading to a clearer complexion. After a moisturizer that contains vitamin C, retinoid or alpha-hydroxy acid can help increase cell renewal and slough off dead skin cells, revealing younger fair and radiant skin. Exfoliating once or twice a week can help remove even more dead skin cells, and smooth the facial area, so more of the ingredients in face serums and moisturizers to penetrate.
