How To Take Care Of Dry Skin

I have sensitive and a little dry skin. If there are any of you who suffer from very dry skin, I would suggest that you take a trip to the doctor. You can also try a mild facial cleanser of Jane Iredale or Environ for overcoming these difficulties.

During winter the skin expose to an additional load when the cold and windy weather dries the skin. As with dry indoor air sucks the dry autumn and win air moisture out of our skin, and winds and winds do not make it better. That's why there are many of us, especially in the winter experience our dry and hard.

But you can help your skin on track with these tips:

  1. Try taking little shorter showers than usual. Make it possible in the evening instead of the morning.
  2. Rinse the soap off properly skin and pat yourself dry instead of rubbing hard with the towel.
  3. Moisten yourself with cream quickly after you have showered.
  4. Lubricate your face into the cream twice a day - morning and evening.
  5. Avoid too warm indoors.
